Who is the Self-Led Programme for?
Self-motivated trainees who execute consistently without daily check-ins. Most clients in this path have several years of training experience, can self-manage technique, and want the intelligence of a structured programme without the cost of weekly coaching. If you need feedback every set, start in 1-2-1 instead.
How does this differ from a generic online programme?
Three things. First, it begins with a Longevity Assessment — programming is grounded in your measured baseline, not a template. Second, monthly progressions are deliberate phase transitions, not arbitrary workout variety. Third, you can reassess and update the pathway as you progress, rather than re-buying a new template.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly programme subscription is £59 per month with no minimum term. Cancel any time before your next billing date and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. The Longevity Assessment is a one-off and is not refundable once completed.
What happens if I want to upgrade to coaching?
You can move from Self-Led to either Online Coaching or 1-2-1 Coaching at any time. Your existing assessment data carries forward — you do not have to repeat it (unless more than 12 months have elapsed, in which case a reassessment is recommended). The change is effective from the next billing cycle.
How are the monthly programmes delivered?
Each month a fresh programme document is shared via email or a shared drive — covering the next four weeks of training with sets, reps, load prescriptions, and any technical notes. There is no app to install, no required logging platform. You execute the programme in whichever way fits your existing routine.
Do I get any contact with Matt during the programme?
Self-Led is structured around minimal contact by design — that is what keeps the cost down. You receive the monthly programme; you do not receive ongoing coaching messaging. For periodic check-ins or reassessments, book those as a one-off when you need them. If you want regular contact, online coaching is the right tier.
